Castrol Hp Lubes has partnered with Rayo Beatz to launch the Ignite & Flow program, which aims to empower young female artists in the country. The program will provide mentorship, training, and financial support to help young women develop their musical skills and careers.

The Ignite & Flow program is open to female artists aged 16-35 who are based in Zimbabwe. Applicants will be required to submit a verse or a creative dance choreography to a beat on social media to participate in the challenge. The program will select 5 female artists to participate in a series of workshops, mentorship, and recording sessions. The workshops will cover topics such as music production, public relations, and marketing. The mentorship sessions will be led by experienced music professionals.

The Ignite & Flow program will also provide financial support to Five selected artists. This support will be used to help the artists cover the costs of recording, producing, and marketing their music and artistic endeavors. The program will also provide the artists with access to a network of industry professionals who can help them develop their careers.

The Ignite & Flow program is a major step forward for the empowerment of young female artists in Zimbabwe. The program will provide young women with the skills and support they need to succeed in the music industry.
