BURNA BOY’S JOHANNESBURG SHOW CANCELED!

Burna Boy’s management has announced that his Johannesburg show on September 23rd, 2023 has been canceled due to the inability of the promoters to fulfill their contractual, financial, production, and technical obligations.

“Sadly, it is with great regret that we must inform you that, despite my team’s effort, the show in Johannesburg on Sept 23rd will be canceled due to the inability of the promoters to fulfill their contractual, financial, production, and technical obligations,” the management said in a statement.

“Production vendors have apparently still not been paid and as such, it is evident at this point that the agreed production standard needed for this venue size cannot be achieved. We hereby state that all ticketing companies must ensure that everyone is refunded in full.”

TicketPro has confirmed that the show has been postponed to December 16, 2023. Ticketholders will be contacted with further details.

This is a disappointing development for fans of Burna Boy, who were eagerly awaiting his return to South Africa. However, it is important to note that the artist and his team had no control over the decision to cancel the show.
